Full description
This is a unique original drawing of a single waterlily flower with long white petals tipped with deep pink. In contrast the centre of the bloom has dark yellow stamens, which stand out against the petals catching the light from above. The flower is held on a strong pale green stem. A very dark deep purple-black background makes the water lily appear as a bright splash of colour.
Using artist-quality coloured pencils on heavy weight paper for a high-quality professional finish, the picture is presented in an off-white / pale cream colour mount, with backing board and protected in a clear cellophane bag. Measuring (with mount) 30 cm square (image size 20 cm square) - that’s approximately 12” (8”) - it will fit a readily-available standard-size frame.
