This unusual walking stick with it's twisted intricate handle has had the rubber protector removed and the grain has been enhanced lightly with walnut stain has been recycled into a quirky inspiration grid.
10 wooden dolly pegs have been brushed with the stain and screwed at the head, onto the stick in spaced intervals, these are partially moveable. Each peg has been glued in the middle to stop it opening too wide and Jute string twine has been added as decoration on each one as well as the handle. A length of string runs in a zig zag pattern from one peg to the next to create a grid down the stick. Small pegs (blue and bare wood colour) have been added on the string so that memos, photos, cards can be hung.
I have added inspiration cards (shown in photos) that are included in the price and also a few spare pegs. A triangular hanger has been added to the stick so that it can be hung on a wall.

Height: 92cm

Condition:
The walking stick is upcycled but is in good condition, but slight signs of wear and tear, as it did have a previous life and has a story to tell. The pegs, inspiration cards, string, and hanger are new. Please zoom in on photos for detail. We attempt to display accurate colours – although colour may differ on some monitors.

Saw this beautiful walking stick and wanted to use to for something different where the natural wood and shape could be seen. The idea of an inspiration board is that as it is a walking stick its getting from A to B and also acts as an incentive.
