This illustration, originally created for the joyful final chapter of my children's book "The Tree with a Golden Heart", has proved to be one of my most popular images to date :-) The animals and birds gather together on the beach for a special celebration by the light of the full moon, and dance all night on the pale sand while the waves splash merrily behind them.
Although it might perhaps be thought that the scene in this card is a wee bit fanciful, the beach and sea are entirely real, and the illustration was created using my photographs and personal knowledge of the big beach at Sanna Bay, Ardnamurchan.

Blank greetings card printed on Premium quality Century Soho 300 gsm card stock, sourced from sustainable forestry and FSC certified, with white paper envelope.
Size approx. 187mm x 132mm (a bit over 7" x 5").
This landscape format card is hinged at the top and protected by a cellophane wrapper.
Blank inside for your own greeting, with a small copy of the image and descriptive text on the back of the card.
This card features an illustration from the final chapter of my children's book "The Tree with a Golden Heart" in the Adventures of Algy series. The birds and animals gather on the beach to celebrate, and dance on the the sand by the light of the full moon.
This image is also available as a square greetings card with text, a canvas print, a giclée print in various sizes, mounted or framed, and on a tote bag.
