Description
Intricate beadwork necklace with soft pink cats eye cabochon centre piece. I have used a vareity of free form embroidery techniques with seed beads, around the cabochon, using needle and specialist thread.
The top of the piece is decorated with a framework of 8 x 4mm ivory glass pearl beads, forming a pretty curved effect. There are 13 drapes below the cats eye cabochon, producing a fabulous frill of sparkling Czech Ab Crystals with an ivory shimmer from the glass pearls.
The beadwork piece is backed with a faux suede which feels soft against the skin. A satin silver ribbon necklace sits at a choker length of 14.75 inches with an extender chain of another 3/4 inch.
This is a really stunning eye catching piece of handmade Jewellery. Whilst there may be others I make of similar design - it is unique in its own way. Can be worn for a dressy occasion or worn casually.
