If you are returning your mug(s) because you have changed your mind, the return postage must be covered by the customer. Please double check that you have provided Folksy with the correct delivery address for your order! If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we cannot be held responsible for item(s) not reaching you! In this instance, we are happy to re-ship items that are returned to Thefty by the mail carrier. However, we ask that the redelivery costs are covered by you, the customer. Thank you.
