This knitting needle roll is named after an American pen pal called Gail, and the original wrap she commissioned from me last year...
Old and worn fabric that has so much memory and is all full of story often gets put away, forgotten about, these needle wraps have been made to remember and cherish, to be used and not kept for best or fancy.
Please note that the fabric used is salvaged and re-purposed and may have some marks and wear on the fabric often found on vintage linens.
Please be aware that during the COVID-19 lockdown I will be relying on someone else to make my post runs for me, while items will be posted as soon as possible, it might take up to 2 weeks rather than a couple of days before you receive your order.

Made from time softened and re-purposed vintage fabric, the "Gail" knitting needle roll is a medium sized roll and is the perfect place to store your double pointed knitting needles.
The 2 levels of pockets provide plenty of space to store your double pointed needles with some pockets wide enough to store a needle gauge or larger sizes of needle. Thinner pockets are provided for smaller sized needles or crochet hooks or shawl needles, in all, there is space for 15 sets of needles.
The needle roll is fully lined as are the pockets.

The roll measures 11 1/4 inches wide by a height of 8 3/4 inches with the flap down.
The roll is kept secure with a piece of dark grey velvet ribbon..
