Regrettably greeting cards, postcards, colouring sheets and sale items will now be sent '2nd Class' large letter due to the Royal Mail price increase.
All other original artwork and painted stones will still be sent Royal Mail tracked 48 with Signature.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Pack of 6 personalised New Address Announcement cards & 6 recycled envelopes.
Card size: A6 (105 x148mm)
They will be printed on 100% recycled white 270g card and have a lovely textured finish and will be printed using my own original artwork.
Please note that personalised items can not be refunded or returned unless faulty, so a word only PROOF showing your word choice will be emailed to you within 2 days of order for your approval. The wording and grammar are your responsibility so please proof read carefully.
Please give NAMES, ADDRESS & TEL NUMBER required when ordering, also please leave EMAIL ADDRESS too, so that a WORD ONLY PROOF can be forwarded to you for confirmation before printing. (Cards will then be printed including artwork)
The word only proof will be sent within 2 days of order then once approved by you they will be printed and dispatched within 3 days.
(Please contact BEFORE ORDERING if more than 3 packs are required to check timescale for completion)(cards will arrive complete with artwork.)
UK orders will ship Royal Mail 1st Class, International orders will ship by Royal Mail, International Standard, Airmail.
