Handmade greetings card using a digital print made from a hand felted and embroidered merino wool original artwork by textile artist Sally Moore. The image is of Scourie Bay, Sutherland, in the Scottish Highlands.

This handmade card is in A5 landscape format (21cm x 15cm - 8.25" x 6"). The image is printed on high quality paper and window-mounted on white card, and each card is individually titled and signed by the artist. The card is blank inside for your message, has a matching envelope, and is cellophane wrapped. Cards are packaged securely with a board backing to prevent them getting damaged in transit.

The beautiful North West Coast of Scotland is a source of endless inspiration for artworks. Scourie Bay is one of my favourite haunts and I like to take a picnic and stay for a few peaceful hours watching the waves, the weather and the wildlife. Although it's gorgeous on a sunny day, I'm particularly interested in moody weather and stormy skies. What attracted me in this image were the jewel-like colours in the foreground contrasted with the storm clouds in the distance.
