Declare yourself Queen Bee with this sweet little pistachio bumble bee hoop!
The bee has been cut from 100% wool felt and hand stitched onto a background of pale pistachio 40% wool mix felt. The stems either side of the bee are hand-embroidered in detached chain stitch with white pearl cotton and the work is embellished with seven sparkly pistachio sequin blooms.
The work is framed in a 3" (7.5 cm) diameter embroidery hoop which has been painted white. A hanging loop of white waxed cotton is attached to the hoop tightening mechanism to allow you to hang the bee in your chosen location, or you can remove the hanging loop and display the hoop on a small plate stand.
The back of the hoop is neatly finished with a signed circle of white felt. The piece will be sent to you in a premium white presentation box lined with pistachio felt to match the background of the embroidery.
All elements the embroidery have been cut and stitched by hand by me, to my own original design.
Postage to UK addresses is via Royal Mail First Class Large Letter Service.
