I painted a similar painting of my dad and daughter which hangs on my wall and it just makes me appreciate the bond they have every time I look at it.

I love making one off cards so the recipient receives a card that is completely unique which hopefully makes them feel very special! This handmade card consists of an original watercolour painting and not a print. The painting has been painted on watercolour paper and mounted in a window framed card so after it has been displayed the painting can be easily removed and framed as an original piece of artwork. The painting depicts a father and daughter on a beach walking down to the sea. I use a range of watercolour techniques such as wet on wet and wax resist have been used which are unique to my style of artwork. A small boat has been painted on the card mirroring the main theme of the painting. The card has been left blank inside for your own personal message and comes with an envelope. The card measurements are approximately 20cm x 15cm.
