A walk in a local bluebell wood in the spring of 2017 inspired this painting.

Full description
This is an original watercolour painting depicting a wood in the spring covered in a carpet of bluebell flowers. Defined bluebell flowers can be seen clearly in the foreground of the the painting which slowly become more impressionistic as they recede into the background.The painting has been created using watercolour paints on watercolour paper. Different watercolour techniques have been used such as wax resist, wet on wet and splattering which are unique to my style of artwork. The painting has been mounted and signed. The measurements are approximately 30cm x 41cm which includes the mount.
