Give a gift that is pretty and practical.

Each letter and character is individually hand burned on to the board using pyrography stamps. The board is then decorated with a hand burned stitch effect and flower border.

The boards are approximately 27cm x 24cm and made of bamboo. Once the design is complete they are finished with 2 coats of antibacterial chopping board oil. Wash before use. Not dishwasher safe.

Please send me an email with the names and date you want. The boards are burned to order so please double check the details are correct before you send it as mistakes cannot be rectified once the letters have been burnt into the wood. As these are custom made to order, please allow 3 weeks for delivery.

I had a couple of weddings to go to and wanted to give my friends something that was personal but useful; a gift that would become part of their everyday kitchen equipment as well as a reminder of their special day. I used pyrography stamps to burn the designs on to heart shaped bamboo chopping boards and gave them as wedding presents. The happy couples loved them! They have proved so popular that I have now started to make these to order.
