I've always loved the character of old furniture and I've found a new way to indulge my love of colour, choosing striking or classic shades to bring a new lease of life to shabby, unloved chairs. The re-caning takes several hours of back-breaking work but I'm always pleased with the result!
Due to the age and nature of the chairs they are offered as an`occasional' or decorative item but of course you can sit on them! Perfect for bedside tables too.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Full description
Attractive antique chair restored and repainted in Annie Sloan `Antoinette' chalk paint, protected with a coat of clear wax. The striking turned detail has been boldly picked out in silver for a contemporary look and the seat has been painstakingly hand caned. A lovely feature chair for your interior. (The actual chair you will receive is in the third photo, very similar but slightly different shaped back).
For collection near Stratford upon Avon or I can wrap carefully if you would like to organise a courier. Delivery possible to Hitchin, London W11 or Cornwall. Please get in touch to discuss.
