I have been asked to provide many bird boxes in kit form, so that Mums & Dads can make the little birdy box with their children. This one is for a bird that prefers to use a box with a closed front and small hole. This kit is made from a plywood. Yours will be darker than the ones shown.

The one in the photograph is an example, yours will be close to that shown. It shows the finished item, don't forget, yours will be just the kit to make it.

It is made from recycled plywood, I will supply all the panels of wood plus panel pins to nail them together. I would recommend that the pieces are glued as well as being pinned. (glue not supplied).

If you would prefer, I can supply it ready made for the same price.

These are popular for adults for give to children so that they can make them together, good for teaching children simple carpentry skills. I would suggest adult supervision if young children are involved.

I am also selling open fronted bird boxes like the ones that Robins prefer and the normal darker coloured ply as well.

I have supplied many of these to scout, beaver, guides and brownie troupes. One set of 90 went to a multi million pound company for a "bonding" session!
