Full description
A rare opportunity to acquire a little hillside featuring three detached cottages skilfully converted from carpenters pencils, carefully sharpened and shaped to create delightful individual homes. Each one has been lovingly decorated in beautiful chalk paint colours with hand drawn details. These charming houses are situated on a gentle slope, provided by a piece of vintage school ruler which features a green coloured pencil tree. This little community is secured by a tiny rustic fence made from panel pins and cotton thread.
