New to the market, a little street featuring a three-storey townhouse and three detached houses, skilfully converted from carpenters pencils, carefully sharpened and shaped to create delightful individual homes. Each one has been lovingly decorated in beautiful chalk paint colours with hand drawn details. These miniature houses are situated on a piece of vintage wooden ruler. A green coloured pencil tree completes this charming scene.
