You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A pair (2) of wooden heart shapes that are painted by hand in rich purple and red colours and have swirled patterns, dots and snowflakes. Ideal for Christmas or Yule. Completely unique, and created by myself. No two are the same.
-The wood type is birch ply.
-Both hearts are painted by hand with acrylic paint, ink and posca paint, and then varnished.
-Hung on ribbon.
-Double sided with contrasting patterns. (see image)
-Comes cellophane wrapped with a makers tag.
-Would make an ideal gift.
Measurements:
-5cm at the widest
-3mm thickness
Care Instructions:
These are for inside use, please keep out of damp. They are hanging decorations and not intended for children to play with.

I post via Royal Mail 1st class Signed for in the UK and International tracked and signed elsewhere. I try to post the next working day, but please contact me if you are in a hurry for your order.
