Full description
Hand Spun Organic Falklands Merino Yarn
I dyed some beautifully soft organic merino wool from the Falkland islands in shades of green, jade, turquoise and yellow, then I hand spun it into a slightly variable dk-sport weight yarn, Navajo plying it (3 ply) to keep the colours separate. As the sheep on the Falkland islands are not dipped and the fields are not sprayed with any nasty chemicals, the wool produced there is certified organic.

DK/sport weight (slightly variable)
3ply (Navajo plied)
If you plan to knit or crochet with this yarn, I would make a tension square and change needle or hook size if necessary. Hand spun yarn can behave differently to commercial yarn.
This wool could also be used in embroidery or weaving.
This skeinof yarn is a one-off and cannot be repeated.
