I begin each series of bunting by designing a new Lino print. With this bunting in particular, I wanted to feel like leaves floating on the breeze. There are three different colours of my tree of life design. The words on the design say 'There is beauty in the world' It has a very delicate and pretty look and a feel of vintage with a touch of scandi, that my pieces tend to lean towards.
This bunting would look stunning at a wedding, anniversary party, garden party, engagement party or any event that needs that whimsical, pretty look.
Care Instructions: Can be machine washed at 30 but hand washing recommended. Iron on stitched side with a cotton setting. Do not tumble dry...hang it up to dry.

Hang this gorgeous Tree of Life bunting for almost any occasion!
This bunting is reversible, so both sides have something beautiful to admire and both sides are uniquely patterned and designed by me, so no ready bought fabric here!
So I carve the Lino which is my favourite part. I then print onto 100% cotton fabric, which has an off white almost pale cream colour. I used a dark blue, a gorgeous green and a lovely muted purple. Ink used is an oil based Linseed ink.
The reverse side has a machine sewn pattern in complimentary colours in a combination of leaf stitches. So very delicate and beautiful...I can't decide which side is my favourite! Stitched onto a 100% cotton canvas type fabric to give the bunting stability and even though it will flap in the wind it won't want to fly away! Each tree shape curls a little around the edges giving every piece of bunting the look of a leaf being tickled on the breeze.
The binding that goes along the top is in the same 100% cotton as the printed side and has the pretty leaf pattern in green that is stitched on the back of the bunting.
There are 9 pieces of bunting in three different colours.
Each piece measures 14 cm wide x 16 cm in length. There is 5 cm separating each tree of life and the whole bunting including ties measures 3 metres, so plenty to stretch across a room or garden, hang from a table or headboard. The ties measure 67 cm each.
