Full description
Here is a gorgeous mini box frame with a group of 4 miniature tree slices, each carrying a tiny design. This one is based on the seasons, with one for Spring (snowdrop), Summer (sunflower), Autumn (falling oak leaves) and Winter (Holly).
The designs are burned into the wood using pyrography, then highlighted with prismacolor pencil and sealed with varnish. The slices are then fixed to pieces of recycled papers and popped in the box frame to create a unique piece of art.
The frame approx. measures:
Externally: 12cm x12cm x3.5cm
Depth: 2cm
Internal aperture: 7.5cm x 7.5cm
Wooden slices diameter average: 2cm
To care for your pyrography, keep inside away from damp and out of direct sunlight. Remember wood and recycled papers have imperfections that give character and make the items unique. Let me know if you require more photographs.
Items are wrapped ready for gifting, but I do try and use recycled packing where possible.
