You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

You can cancel the order and get a full refund within seven days after receipt of the item, provided the item has not been used. the buyer is to pay the cost of the return. Please note that the product is supplied with a tamper evident cap. Unless the product is faulty, we can not accept the return if the seal has been broken.therefore if you have ordered in error, please do NOT break the seal. If you report an oil as faulty, please have the batch code that is unique to that individual batch of oil available. This will enable us to check the goods we have in stock. it is a three digit alpha code on the side of the label. In instances where goods may arrive damaged, please take a photograph whilst still inside the original packaging, then a second once removed. this helps when we pursue the situation with the carrier. Please do NOT return goods until you have been supplied a returns number, which should be written on the outside of the packet when returning. Thank You.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
