Full description
This handbuilt ceramic bowl has a bright flowers, patchwork design.
Each section has been imprinted with pattern and carefully slipped and joined together.
The inside has been finished in a clear, glossy glaze (food safe) and the outside has been finished in a crackle glaze for a shabby chic look.
It has been fired twice.
I love the gorgeous colours of the Springtime and Summer flowers and use this as a theme in my work quite often.
This bowl is quite large, measuring 34cm long, 20cm wide and 8cm deep.
