I AM IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING ITEMS FROM THIS SHOP TO MY OTHER FOLKSY SHOP 'Lynwoodcrafts' where they will be waiting for you to view them! All my items now feature upcycled, recycled, repurposed or gifted materials and there is no longer any distinction between the two shops!
I found a lovely but very damaged tablecloth with some areas of reusable drawn thread work. Combined with a pale blue vintage huckaback towel, and with the addition of some simple embroidery, I was able to make this pincushion.

SALE - Previously £12.
A fragment of lovely drawn thread stitching from a vintage tablecloth has been gently backed by a piece of pale blue, vintage, huckaback towel and embellished with simple hand embroidery to form the front panel of this pretty pincushion.
The drawn thread stitching has been carefully repaired where necessary. Pretty flowers have been embroidered in two rows.
The back of the pincushion is cut from a blue printed cotton fabric. The pincushion is filled with polyester wadding.
Height - 8 cm approx
