Full description
The seed heads in this hoop have been hand embroidered onto a background of hand painted calico. The two pieces of painted fabric have been machine stitched on separately and have been left raw around the edges to give a soft, frayed edge to the piece. They also extend a little beyond the hoop itself which adds to the effect.
The hoop itself measures 7 inches across. I design all of my own work and so this would be a lovely and unique piece of understated textile art to add to your home.
