Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Square, linen effect card especially for teenage boys, featuring an image of a teenager on his mobile phone. The image is layered over coffee and pistachio green papers, one of which has a die cut pattern in it. The image and message have also been mounted onto the pistachio coloured paper.
The insert can be personalised with your own message. Please let me know the details in the 'note to seller' when purchasing, otherwise the insert will be left blank.
The card measures approximately 15cm (6") square and comes in a sealed cellophane wrapper, together with a white envelope.
Items purchased from Fluff Stuff Crafts will be posted first class via Royal Mail on either the same day, or next working day, following receipt of payment (estimated delivery 1 - 3 days).
Overseas delivery will be via Royal Mail's International Standard service (estimated delivery 3 - 5 working days for Europe and 5 - 7 working days for the rest of the world).
