I live in Brighton and love seeing the starlings gather in their murmurations at dusk. They represent for me the dependable , comforting rhythm of day following night, so I called this painting 'Hope'.

Full description
'Hope' is a starling painted with a blended sun and moon.
'Hope' has been painted on to a scalloped wooden oval that's 8.9 cm x 10.9 cm x 0.3 cm.
The painting has been varnished, and has a hook on the back so that it's ready for hanging. It has also been signed on the back.
