I make quilted textiles items using wool batting & have been photographing the reverse side of my work for some time. Many people said that the reverse side of my work was often beautiful in its own right, so I decided to mount them & sell as artworks in their own right. The contrast of the stitch lines against the wool create a sumptuous yet minimal effect that is very appealing.
