I use Track 24 as standard, but it is now recommended you upgrade to Special Delivery Guaranteed to be sure your item arrives. Some of my gift box and toy listings already have this in the options, but you can add my separate postal upgrade listing to any order for items that dispatch within 1 day.

Originally made to as detachable tags to personalise my handmade Christmas Stockings so they could be handed onto future generations, they have so many other uses.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A special touch for a birthday gift, why not add one of my hand embroidered felt name or personal message tags to your beautifully wrapped package. You can also use it to adorn the gift itself, or just pop into a card as a decoration.
Endlessly re-usable, - it's great for personalising Christmas stockings or Santa Sacks to make sure Santa knows who it belongs to!
Each personalised gift tag is made from a double layer of pure wool felt and has the name or short phrase hand sewn using embroidery thread in a chain stitch or a stab stitch.
Just enter the name or phrase in the options box when buying, and select the appropriate length based on your letter count.
Colour themes - I have lots of felt, threads and ribbons in stock so please just state your main colour (for example pastel pink, or dark blue) in the option box, and I will select complementary shades to go with it. The photos give different examples.
There are a few attachment options - choose from a short cord loop, a slightly longer ribbon loop, and longer ribbon ties.
Care: Sponge clean or gentle hand wash and natural drying recommended. Cover felt label and ribbon if ironing (a sheet or cotton cloth is perfect).
The photos show tags adorning my patchwork hearts and also my Christmas stockings.
