Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
A brand new design for autumn 2016.
A sunset over an ocean full of curved waves. Bright and vibrant and full of movement.
A round glass picture of a setting sun with 6 rays in shades of red, amber and orange above the bright yellow sun. The sea is made from 13 curved waves of clear and turquoise, aquamarine glass. All different types, textured, iridescent to gives lots of movement.
The suncatcher is framed for strength and neatness in twisted wire,
It is 15 cm in diameter and hangs from a strong silvery chain which is securely attached at either side of the top.
My pieces are all unique. I use different shades and textures of glass to ensure that everything I make, even when to the same pattern, is different.
