Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A6 turquoise birthday card featuring an image of a teenage boy on his mobile phone. The image has been coloured using Promarkers and layered over a patterned background paper and embellished with stars cut from coordinating card, together with the printed message 'Happy Birthday Teenager'.
The insert can be personalised, please let me know the details at the time of purchase, otherwise it will be left blank.
The card measures 10cm x 15cm (4" x 6") and comes with a matching envelope in a sealed cellophane wrapper.
Items purchased from Fluff Stuff Crafts will be posted first class via Royal Mail on either the same day, or next working day, following receipt of payment (estimated delivery 1 - 3 days).
Overseas delivery will be via Royal Mail's International Standard service (estimated delivery 3 - 5 working days for Europe and 5 - 7 working days for the rest of the world).
