Item details

This small fiber art mouse is hand painted and hand sewn by me. A thin layer of wax is used to seal and protect the delicate paint work and gives the mouse a feel of leather.

I originally designed the mouse pattern for my 100 mouse challenge, a mouse a day for 100 days. The hand painted mice were by far my favorites. Each new one is unique.

The mouse has movable limbs which are thread jointed. She can sit and stand up without support. The mouse is approximately 16cm long. She will arrive in a small hand printed cotton draw string bag.

The mouse can be cleaned with a clean and dry soft cloth when necessary.

I like to be outside and there are many times where you will find me sticking my nose in some flowers or picking them and taking them into my studio. I love incorporating the flowers into my art work in some way.
