I've been making colourful laser cut wood and resin jewellery for a while, it's a technique I developed myself and has been great fun. Recently however I've been moving away from the bold colourful designs and experimenting with metals and a more restrained colour palette.

I wanted to create a range for all the animal lovers out there! I have an existing range of cat, dog and rabbit brooches and necklaces which people love, so I wanted to add more choice.

However, after creating the 'Dog Lover', 'Crazy Cat Lady' and 'Bunny Love' brooches, I realised these could work as a wider range with anything written on them.

They are cute little brooches in themselves - the diamond shape looks cute on T-shirts, coat lapels and bags, and the text is a fun, quirky detail that can be silly, meaningful or just fun.
