Protea flowers are beautiful South African flowers- striking big flowers that are often used in flower arrangements and bouquets. I sometimes buy a single stem or a couple of them for the house.

Full description

Linoprint of a single stem Protea flower- the beautifully achitectural national flower of South Africa. There are many Protea, this one is called Andrea. The flower head is magenta (hot pink) which gradually changes to dark green by the stem and leaves.

This is a handcut linoprint based on my own drawing, then individually hand printed on quality paper (220g white).

The print is 25cm (10 inches) by 20cm (8 inches) and fits a standard frame. An off white mount also comes with this print which fits a 25x20 frame. Each print is unique due to the hand printing process.
