This is a beautifully understated but dramatic necklace. I saw the twisted beads and was amazed by the amount of shine they have.These beads are quite large, roughly 3cmx2cm, and I've strung them with olive green disc beads and graduated Tibet silver squares. They are carried on a speciality bead cable, which is as thin as some thread but consists of several strands of soft wire coated with clear resin. This is immensely strong - in several decades of jewellery making, I've never known it to break. Ive used smaller glass and Tibet silver beads at the back. The total length is 56cm, and I've put a silver safety chain on which can also be used as an extension. It has a substantial silver plated lobster clasp to hold it together.
It has a really classy feel, and the weight of the beads helps it to lie very well.
All the materials used are hypoallergenic.
