Full description
This glass bowl was fused by me in my studio. The glass was heated up to around 800 degrees Celsius to melting in a small glass fusing kiln and it was then brought to annealing temperature to make it strong. It was then slumped into a candy bowl shape. This whole process takes over 18 hours to complete.
This square bowl has a lovely pretty hand painted folk heart design in pale pink and ivory with pale pink and ivory polka dots and is approximately 5 1/2 inches/14-15cm across. It has been fully annealed to make it strong. This would make a great gift or treat.
Not suitable for children - this is made from real glass and needs to be treated with respect - it may have sharp edges if broken.
