Item details
When I make my boxes I like them to look older than they really are. They are painted with a base colour which shows through when I distress them, painted again with the finished colour, distressed lightly using sand paper. The inside of the boxes are just as important, they are painted and the bottom lined with vintage type paper. I always finish the rims off with hand painted acrylic paint, my boxes are then sealed with PVA glue, to provide protection. A small label with Mossymoo Crafts is placed on the bottom.
