Full description
Larger size version of my Acorn Tea Cosy. After a few requests from customers I have designed a new larger acorn tea cosy which will fit an 8 cup (1.5 litre) teapot. It has extra height and width and will fit a teapot up to 8 inches in height but will adjust accordingly due to the roll brim bottom.
I have hand knitted this tea cosy using a lovely aran wool mix yarn and have knitted an acorn and oak leaf for the top.
This would look perfect at an autumn or winter themed tea party. If you love this, how about a mug cosy, egg cosy or coffee cup sleeve to match. There is also a small one cup tea cosy and standard 4-6 cup tea cosy with the same oak leaf and acorn. Just take a look in my shop for further details.
I would recommend hand washing this item. Do not tumble dry.
