Hand knitted baby lace matinee set 0 - 3 months made to order in colour of your choice
This baby matinee set has been hand knitted in a beautiful lace pattern and consists of a cardigan or matinee coat, a bonnet and pair of booties. The yarn used is a light weight yarn making this set suitable for warmer days.
The cardigan has a pretty zig zag lace pattern to the lower or 'skirt' and the lower sleeves and is trimmed with knitting in lace around the hem, the bottom of the sleeves, around the yoke (shoulders) and neckline. There are three buttons to fasten down the chest.
The bonnet and booties have both been knitted in the same lacy pattern and are trimmed with knitting in lace to match the cardigan and both fasten with double satin ribbon.
To fit 0 - 3 months
Measurements when laid flat:
Across chest: 12 inches/30.5cms
Underarm sleeve seam: 5 inches/12.75cms
Full length (shoulder to hem): 13 inches/33cms
The booties measure 4 inches/10cm along the sole and 2.5 inches/6.25cm from the ankle ribbon fastening to top of the bootie.
This outfit is made with 100% acrylic yarn and has plastic buttons.
This is machine washable on 40° Cool tumble dry, but I would suggest hand washing and drying flat to retain its shape. Do not iron.
