Due to the significant increase in the cost of postage, I have taken the decision to send all items second class from now on. I usually post items on either the same day, or next working day where possible.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Pack of 2 small dark grey pearlescent cards to enable you to reply to an invitation to a wedding, christening or other social event requiring a formal response. One card is an acceptance, the other a regret. The relevant messages have been printed in dark grey ink onto pale silver card and layered onto the dark grey card blank and finished with two small rhinestones.
The inside of the acceptance reads:
'Thank you for your invitation ................... would be delighted to attend'
The inside of the with regret card reads:
'Thank you for your invitation ....................will unfortunately be unable to attend'
The cards measure approximately 9.5cm x 6.5cm (3.75" x 2.5") and come with matching grey pearlescent envelopes in sealed cellophane wrappers.
Items purchased from Fluff Stuff Crafts will be posted first class via Royal Mail (estimated delivery 1 - 3 days).
These cards are reduced as they are old stock and have been in my shop for far too long!
