You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

All ready made items will be beautifully wrapped and shipped within 48 hours. We use First Class for orders under £20, and Recorded First Class for orders over £20. Special delivery for orders over £50. Overseas items take a minimum of 5 working days depending on your area and your countries postal service. If we have been working together on a custom order I will send you a link for your item and dispatch it as soon as payment has been made. All items are insured as standard so if any damage happens to your item in transit please keep the item, all packaging and any documentation from your postal service provider so it can be returned to me and a claim can be made for the cost. I will, of course, re-make the item for you so that the order can be fulfilled. All items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. This is covered by the Distance Selling Regulations and you have the right to return any item, for any reason. Postage costs will not be refunded as the postage is a separate service. Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
