Full description

Hand thrown hanging planter glazed in pacific blue.

I threw this hanging planter on my potters wheel using stoneware clay. It was left to dry for a couple of days before I fettled the base and added the holes for the twine. It was then fired to 1060 degrees before being dipped in a glossy pacific blue glaze, strewn with pale greys, and sea weed greens on a base of sky blue. The planter was then fired for a second time to 1200 degrees making it strong and durable. I left the inside unglazed to help with drainage.

You'll need to pop your own plant in this planter.
