This was one of the first pieces I ever made, it was summer and we had been on holiday to Turkey and every evening we used to sit on the beach and watch the sunset over the ocean and the boats. I wanted to recreate a little bit of that feeling of freedom and calm so I made this boat pendant. I really like the different layers to it with the wire waves and the seagull flying over the boat.

Full description
Beautiful handmade sterling silver sailboat pendant with an 18 inch snake chain. The sailboat is hand cut from silver sheet then 3 wire spirals are added to the bow of the boat to represent the crashing waves as it sails away. A small hand cut seagull hangs from the top of the boat, flying above it.
Very popular design, a larger statement version is available as well as seagull earrings.
All of my work has been designed and made by me in my studio in Wales.
