My inspiration for these heart tags comes from my love of taking photographs of flowers and being able to design patterns from them and use those designs in my crafting.

These beautiful heart shaped gift tags will add a fabulous finishing touch to any gift.
They have a unique digitally created flower pattern, of my own design, in pink and green which has been printed onto hammer embossed ivory card.
On the reverse, a 'To / From' stamp has been added to natural coloured card. A length of natural jute twine and a hint of sparkle from a little self adhesive silver gem completes the look.
There are four lovely tags in a packet just waiting to add a touch of style and individuality to your gift. Approximate size - 8cm x 8cm.
