I normally only draw endangered animals for my illustrated wildlife park - while these garden birds are meant to be common, a lot of them are actually rapidly declining in numbers, such as the house sparrow which is down 71%. Everything we can do to help them is important, so fill up your bird feeders, hang up your bird boxes and create some natural habitat for your local garden birds! I made this print to tie in with the RSPB's Big Garden Birdwatch survey which happens every year in January.
