Full description
This butterfly pendant is decorated simply, with scrolling through white enamel over blue on its lower pair of wings, drawn up over the blue coat of its upper pair of wings. The blue enamel has been laid over a clear enamel base, allowing the copper blow to shine through in golden brown and add some freckling to the pattern, dependant on the direction of light striking the pendant.
The butterfly measures 40mm by 24mm. It is mounted on a 45cm silver plate, curb chain that fastens with a simple bolt ring.
