I’m back on Folksy for 2024.
I was asked by a friend to make a set of buttons Pleased with the results I decided to make some to sell. Mounting them on a vintage sea chart gives them a decorative appeal as well as practical use.

Full description
Four stoneware ceramic buttons with impressed pattern. These are a a slightly mismatched set of blue hearts- I use a variety of found objects and letterpress to make the marks, before firing the buttons and finally applying glaze.
Perfect for knitting, felting and sewing projects. The buttons are mounted on a piece of vintage sea chart.
Each button is 17mm across.
Please don't put them in the washing machine.
