Full description
"Red Squirrel" Original Linocut Print number 14 from a Varied Limited Edition of 20.
The inspiration of this work comes from the wildlife and beautiful magical landscape surrounding Yorkshire in England .This linocut has been hand carved by myself on plates of linoleum, one for each colour. Hand printed on beautiful BFK Rives printing paper and numbered, titled and hand signed in pencil by myself the artist.
Each print will vary slightly as they are individually hand printed / hand painted details.
The image size is 30cm x 13cm.(The paper measure is 38cm x 19cm.
The framed example currently at an exibition at the Blue Tree Gallery in York UK.
This linocut comes unframed and unmounted but it will make a lovely gift as is nicely presented on a stiff board and cellophane wrapped, the back will have a write up the artist and the linocut.
