We love gin but always wanted to tweak the flavours in our favourite tipple. So we began experimenting by infusing different spices in vodka to see how they would taste. The result was our original London gin blend. Our citrus blend is our attempt at something for the colder winter months to rival a spiced rum. The result is a warm rounded orange flavour with a wonderful citrus aroma from the kaffir lime leaves.

Full description
This neat package from Gin Wizard contains all the botanicals you need to make a unique home made gin in the style of a zesty citrus gin. You don't need any expensive distillation equipment. All you need is a bottle of neutral spirit such as vodka and you can be sipping your own gin within two days.
Add the packet of juniper berries to the vodka and leave for 24 hours. Then add the remaining ingredients for a further 24 hours. Strain out the botanicals and your gin is ready. The spices will give the finished product a natural harmless golden hue (normally removed through distillation in commercially manufactured gins).
This gin differs in flavour from a London style gin by toning down some of the traditional botanicals and enhancing the citrus ingredients and adding kaffir lime leaves into the botanical mix. This gives the gin a warm rounded citrus flavour (not sharp or sour) which our tasters have described as being similar in flavour to a triple sec such as Cointreau.
We've sourced spices from around the world to bring the art of gin making into the home.
