Full description
Girls shawl in interesting "Sandstorm" yarn. The yarn's colour is cream with black and brown accent strands and is 100% acrylic. It can be worn to compliment brighter colours on a formal occasion or as a regular winter favourite. The shawl offers warmth and comfort and is a small version of the adult chunky green marl shawl. The size will fit girls from the age of 5 upwards approximately.
The design is Doris Chan's All Shawl. The patterning on the body of the shawl is simple but stylish. It is based on the fillet lace design but working between the stitches on the previous row rather than into them for the main body. The curved edge has then been surrounded with an attractive strawberry lace pattern.
The yarn and finished item is suitable for machine washing. Just gently reshape whilst damp.
