A gorgeous handmade addition to your Christmas tree or the perfect stocking filler for a loved one.
These little birds are cut by hand from fine porcelain in my studio. They are partially dried then the stamp motif added. I smooth them with a sponge then allow to completely dry. The doves are fired to 1060 degrees centigrade, I add coloured stain to pick out the design and glaze them with a high fire transparent glaze. They are fired for a second time to 1250 degrees centigrade. The grosgrain ribbon is added as a final touch.
